Essential qualifications:
•
Education – A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
•
Qualified teacher status (Ed.M., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching credential).
•
At least two years of teaching experience.
Preferred candidates will:
•
Enhance teaching and learning in alignment with Greengates' objectives and mission.
•
Deliver proactive and effective pastoral support for students within the department.
•
Implement initiatives to promote positive wellbeing among both staff and students in the department.
•
Assist the Head of English in developing innovative curriculum strategies for your subject area.
•
Work collaboratively in planning and teamwork activities.
•
Motivate and engage students throughout their learning experiences.
