The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
• Proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level Science
• A strong interest in professional development, leadership, and sustainability
• A creative and engaging teaching approach
• Excellent IT and interpersonal skills, fostering solid relationships with students and parents
