About This Role

We are looking for a talented in-house Creative Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. In this role, you will develop a wide variety of marketing collaterals and media content across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is open-minded, has a strong foundation and aptitude for creative design, and has knowledge and experience in an integrated multimedia environment.

Job Description

  • Develop high-quality creative assets that drive enrolments and create awareness and visibility for the brand. This could include designing e-books, logos, rich media ads, bus decals, photoshoots, merchandise, signages, etc.

  • Develop video content with dynamic animations and handle independent audio and video editing and production.

  • Respond to the context of different campaigns and briefs through creative ideas and outputs.

  • Manage, update, and distribute existing brand assets.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including schools and vendors, to ensure high standards and brand guidelines are adhered to in all communication materials used for internal and external circulation.

  • Participate in regular research and implement best practices on design to enhance the quality and consistency of all materials.

  • Track, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of design in alignment with the goals of the team.

  • Coordinate and support the marketing efforts of schools both in and outside of Singapore.

  • Any other duties that the Company may assign.

Qualifications:

  • At least Degree or Diploma in Design and Multimedia.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design and multimedia work.

  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Adobe Premier Pro, and After Effects).

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising attention to detail.

  • A keen and life-long learner with the ability to adapt and pick up new skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
*Estimated range based on regional data averages.
