We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and inspiring Teacher of Science to join our successful Science department. About the Role
As Teacher of Science, you will:
- Deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Inspire curiosity, enquiry and a love of learning
- Plan engaging lessons that support strong student progress
- Use effective assessment strategies to monitor achievement
- Create a positive and safe classroom environment
- Support students academically, socially and emotionally
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and pastoral support
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
- Has excellent subject knowledge in Science
- Can teach across KS3 and GCSE level
- Is passionate about raising achievement for all students
- Has high expectations of behaviour and progress
- Works effectively as part of a team
- Is committed to inclusive education and student wellbeing
- Brings energy, enthusiasm and creativity to the classroom
