Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pre-K International Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate will be an educator dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of our youngest students in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom that promotes inquiry-based learning.
• Develop and execute an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with our school’s educational philosophy.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining effective communication with parents.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and school administration.
• Engage in school events, professional development opportunities, and staff meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficient in English.
• Professional fluency in German is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting.
• Ability to provide professional reference letters from previous employers.
• Understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Culturally aware, adaptable, and a positive team player.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with international or bilingual educational frameworks.
• Willingness to participate in co-curricular activities.
