Teaching Assistant

Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2027

Term Time Only, 32.5 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year

Actual Salary: £25,585 to £26,727 per annum, depending on experience (NJC5 point 12-15 - full time equivalent salary £33,509 to £35,004 per annum)

Start Date: As soon as possible

This position would suit a person who is interested in working to support our students with diverse needs in the classroom or someone who is considering entering or returning to the teaching profession and would like to gain some classroom experience beforehand.

In this role you will be working closely with members of the Individual Learning Department (ILD) and other teaching colleagues to support our students across all key stages. You will need to be a reliable, dedicated, flexible and organised individual. The ILD team at Waldegrave is highly valued and is very successful in supporting students to achieve their full potential, both academically and pastorally.
