We want a colleague who:

Has experience in Reception or Key Stage 1, or a strong interest in developing within this phase

Is passionate about early reading, phonics, and language development

Has high expectations for all pupils, including disadvantaged learners

Is committed to creating a calm, purposeful and nurturing classroom environment

Is reflective, driven, and keen to continually improve their practice

Works well as part of a team and embraces collaboration
