THE ROLE

We are searching for a candidate with a proven history of effective teaching and a strong commitment to student success. While prior experience with the IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, or Diploma Programme is advantageous, we welcome exceptional educators from various curricula to apply. A deep understanding of the IB philosophy and adherence to the values of the Learner Profile are essential. Additionally, a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with a non-selective, culturally diverse community is a critical requirement. The ideal candidate should also possess:

• A recognized professional teaching qualification at the degree level, such as a Bachelor in Arabic Language and Literature, B.Ed, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience teaching Arabic A and/or B in a Primary or Secondary School environment
• Availability starting August 2026
