Site Lead
About This Role
Central Region Schools Trust is recruiting a Site Lead to work across Arrow Valley First School and St Stephen’s CofE First School. The Trust is looking for a proactive, motivated individual to join our Estates team and help maintain high standards across both school sites.
The Site Lead will:
Report to the Principal and manage a team of Estates staff
Oversee maintenance, improvement, and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
Ensure the sites are safe, secure, compliant, and ready for use
Handle security, contractor liaison, and general maintenance tasks
Work flexibly across Trust schools when needed and collaborate with other Site Leads

Work split shifts between 07:00 and 18:00
