About This Role

Delta Academies Trust are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join our Trust in January 2027 or sooner if possible, on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based at Head Office in Knottingley.

Your new role

As a Core Finance Manager, you will be committed to providing and leading high standards within the Finance Team, supporting and providing guidance to a number of primary/secondary academies in their financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring each academy abides by the Trust’s financial regulations and that they provide timely management information in a prescribed format to stakeholders. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and provide expert professional advice to ensure effective finance systems and procedures are operated across the organisation.

Hours: 37 hours per week / All Year Round / Permanent

Holiday Entitlement: minimum 39 days (subject to pro rata if working part time and dependent upon salary and continuous service) including statutory Bank Holidays.
