About This Role
Tonbridge Grammar School (TGS) is a high-achieving, selective grammar school educating girls from ages 11 to 16, and both boys and girls in the sixth form. It features among the top ranked schools in the South East and across the UK, combining a focus on academic success alongside empowering students and staff to be the very best they can be in a nurturing environment.
Whilst the school is incredibly proud of its history and past achievements, it is time for a new Head Teacher to continue to develop and drive the school forward on the next phase of its journey. The school has an ambitious and ongoing development programme which has already enhanced the existing facilities, and will continue to do so in the coming years.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in a similar setting, who aligns with the ethos and core values of TGS. They will have a deep understanding of educational excellence beyond the curriculum, be an authentic and adaptable leader, and hold an unwavering focus on what is best for the students at all times.
