New Cairo British International School (NCBIS) is seeking a remarkable full-time Secondary Teacher of Business Studies.

Our diverse community includes over 60 nationalities among 700 students aged 3-18. The student body consists of 60% expatriates and 40% Egyptians, all of whom must hold dual nationality.

The Secondary School?

Students in our secondary school engage with the English National Curriculum at Key Stage 3, evaluated through the Pearson Progression Scale and GL Assessment (PTM/PTE/PTS).

During Key Stage 4, students undertake the Edexcel International GCSE examinations in Year 11.

In Key Stage 5, students have the option to pursue either the International A-Levels or the IB Diploma Programme during Years 12 and 13.

- Possess a passion for learning, with familiarity in current best practices.
- Recognize the needs of students from multilingual backgrounds.
- Hold UK or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Have demonstrable experience teaching at least IBDP and/or A level (or be willing to engage in fully-funded overseas training).
- Exhibit dedication and hard work, setting high expectations for themselves and their students.
- Show excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of collegiality.
- Be capable of integrating ICT into their teaching practice.
- Bring humor, energy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
