We are on the lookout for a committed and seasoned Secondary School Deputy Head for the academic year 2026-2027 to become part of our innovative leadership team. This Assistant Director role will primarily involve managing the English and Literature department within our High/Secondary School, ensuring the highest standards in the UK-IGCSE curriculum.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Head of Secondary School with day-to-day operations, enhancing academic standards, leading the curriculum development in English and Literature, mentoring educators, and cultivating a positive educational atmosphere.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) in Education or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are preferred
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in secondary education
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an international school environment
- In-depth knowledge of the UK IGCSE curriculum with a specialization in English and Literature
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to effectively lead teams while encouraging collaboration among staff
