About This Role
Established in 2009, Simply Learning Tuition (SLT) helps students to fulfil their academic potential and grow into happy, confident and successful young people. Based in Kensington, we provide private tuition to families in London, the UK and across the globe. For more information about SLT, please visit our website: https://www.simplylearningtuition.co.uk/
We are seeking to represent experienced tutors who can teach students in central London, in person. Currently around 35% of our tutors are qualified teachers and we would like to increase this. We know that teachers make fantastic tutors for many reasons, including their subject expertise, their use of strategies that work for each student, and their understanding of assessment and exam requirements.
Tutoring works well for teachers looking for several one-to-one tutoring hours after school or at weekends, as well as for those who work part time or who are not currently teaching. There is no minimum number of hours to work each week.
We provide tuition for all academic levels, from pre-prep to university. In central London, we have particular demand for tutors who can teach, 7+, 11+ and/or 13+ preparation in person. “Simply Learning Tuition are by far the best London agency I have encountered – the team are committed to their vision. They are very quick at communication and offer a wide range of tuition roles, all with different ages, so it’s fulfilling work when you get it.” – Tutor interviewed by The Good Schools Guide.
