About This Role
Habs has been awarded Independent School of the Year 2025, with Haberdashers’ Elstree Schools receiving both the award for Outstanding Educational Partnerships and the overall top accolade of Independent School of the Year 2025. This national recognition reflects our long-term commitment to social impact and the deep, sustained collaborations we continue to build with our state sector partners. It is an exciting and proud moment to be joining our community.

Assisting with the administration of pupil applications alongside academic colleagues.
Supporting the planning and delivery of admissions events, including bookings, catering coordination, and on-the-day support.
Assisting with maintaining admissions webpages and online documentation.
Supporting the preparation of admissions reports and data analysis (for example enquiries, visits and registrations).
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with GDPR requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, ideally within an educational environment.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and use initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using IT systems and databases.
An understanding of the importance of the prospective parent experience at every stage of the admissions journey.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
