We are seeking a dynamic and personable Admissions Officer to join our team and support the continued growth of our vibrant international school community.
The Admissions Officer plays a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to prospective families, guiding them through the admissions journey from initial enquiry to enrolment. The successful candidate will combine excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a genuine passion for education and customer service.
This role is central to presenting Campion School’s values, ethos, and educational offering to families considering joining our community.
What we are looking for
Admissions & Family Engagement
Manage the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment across the whole school.
Serve as the main point of contact and represent the school professionally to prospective families and partners
Provide clear, timely, and professional responses to enquiries.
Support families throughout the application and assessment process.
Assist with the organisation of open days and school tours
Conduct school tours and meetings with prospective families.
Admissions Administration
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and enrolments.
Manage admissions documentation and ensure compliance with school policies.
Support the onboarding process for new students and families.
Data & Systems
Maintain and update admissions data within the school’s MIS system.
Track admissions pipeline activity and support reporting on enquiry and enrolment trends.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Leadership Team and the marketing team.
Support initiatives related to enrolment growth and family engagement.
Contribute to a positive experience for both prospective and current families.
Person Specification
Essential
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Professional, warm, and service-oriented approach.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with databases or MIS systems.
Highly Desirable
Previous experience in admissions
Experience working in an international or private school environment.
Knowledge of the international education sector.
Greek language proficiency.
