About This Role

Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking school leader ready to shape exceptional secondary provision?

We are seeking an Assistant Head of Secondary School who combines strategic curriculum expertise with the ability to inspire people, strengthen systems, and drive measurable impact on student outcomes.

  • Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment practice

  • Develop high-performing middle leaders and departments

  • Embed robust quality assurance systems that focus on impact, not paperwork

  • Champion student progress through intelligent use of data

You will play a central role in shaping a secondary school culture where expectations are high, teaching is purposeful, and outcomes consistently improve.

What We’re Looking For

βœ” Understands how to move departments from compliance to impact
βœ” Uses data intelligently to raise attainment and close gaps
βœ” Has a strong grasp of quality assurance processes
