About This Role
Locations: Shanghai, Guangzhou
Major Responsibilities
β To provide a conducive and welcoming environment for the dormitory students so that they could continue to grow emotionally, physically and spiritually
β To work closely with the school leadership and colleagues to make sure the students are doing well in school (academically and co-curriculum areas)
β To develop age-appropriate academic support programmes for the resident students
β To develop character formation programmes to inculcate and strengthen positive values in resident students
β Work with leaders to enhance and uplift the quality of English (teaching/learning) within the residential halls.
β To support leaders in administering and operating the Residence hall effectively.
β To ensure the health and safety of the residential hall at all times
β Assist leaders at corporate programmes (e.g. promotional events and orientation activities)
β To communicate weekly with parents/guardians on the development of their child(ren) under our care.
β Attend all meetings within and beyond campuses as assigned by the Supervisor.
β Other duties as requested by the Supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications:
β English speaking teacher (Native Speaker Preferred)
β Years of teaching/ student care experience,
β Bachelorβs degree
β With a standard and clear accent.
β Personality β a team player, responsible, outgoing, enthusiastic and a can-do attitude.

Candidate Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
- Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
