Felpham Community College is a thriving 11–18 local authority, mixed comprehensive with over 1500 students on roll and a successful, inclusive Sixth Form. You will Have a firm belief in the ability of all young people to succeed. Bring a proven track record of improving outcomes, leading teams and implementing change. Show imagination, influence and emotional intelligence, building strong relationships with students, staff and families. Champion Achievement, Care and Equity in your leadership and decision-making. Contribute positively to the Senior Leadership Team and to the operational running of the school. Demonstrate skill in empowering others to lead their teams well.
