Job Overview
In this role you will teach a broad curriculum across Lower Secondary, building strong foundations in numeracy, scientific thinking, and digital literacy The role requires a student-centred approach, creativity in lesson delivery, and a commitment to developing independent learners.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics, and Computing within the Cambridge Lower Secondary framework
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
Develop students’ problem-solving, inquiry, and digital skills
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Contribute to curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning
Support student wellbeing and pastoral development
Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Education or a relevant bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role at an international school
Recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE with QTS or an equivalent licence
Understanding of the Cambridge International Curriculum
Native English speaker or excellent English proficiency both spoken and written
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Commitment to Values-based Education and Enquiry Learning
Ability to teach across multiple subjects: Mathematics and Computing

Candidate Requirements

- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
