Crossroads Early Childhood Centre is seeking a passionate and capable centre leader to guide our supportive, faith-centred, values-led team.
We are a Christian, not-for-profit, community-based early childhood centre in Palmerston North. Our special character is grounded in Biblical values, with a belief that every child is created by God, loved, and full of purpose. This foundation shapes our relationships, curriculum, and centre culture.
We are a family-oriented centre that values strong partnerships with parents and whānau, recognising them as children’s first teachers. As a mixed-age setting, we embrace tuakana–teina relationships within a nurturing, inclusive environment.
About the role
This is an opportunity to provide relational, intentional leadership in a centre where faith, people, and purpose are central. You will lead the vision and daily operations, ensure high-quality teaching aligned with Te Whāriki, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture. You will support and mentor kaiako, build strong community relationships, oversee compliance, and lead ongoing improvement. Confidence with digital systems is important.
