The Constellation Trust is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead our family of academies into its next phase of growth, development and collective success. With seven primary schools, two secondary schools and an alternative provision secondary school, we serve diverse communities and are united by a shared belief: every child can thrive, and every member of staff deserves to excel.

We are looking for a leader who brings vision, purpose, compassion and clarity, and who places people at the heart of decision‑making. Working closely with the Trust Board and Executive Leadership Team, the CEO will set a clear strategic vision, empower colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across all phases. You will nurture a culture where staff feel valued, pupils are supported to succeed, and communities benefit from strong, outward‑facing partnerships.
Safeguarding will be central to your leadership. As strategic safeguarding lead, you will ensure robust systems, rigorous practice and a culture of vigilance across all academies. You will champion inclusion, equality and the well‑being of pupils and staff.
