The Role
This role forms part of the Executive Office team which is a busy, creative and vibrant hub operating at the very heart of the College.
The Executive Office Team is a critical administrative resource within the College which is responsible for providing general administrative support to the senior leadership team, and for this role specifically, supporting the Assistant Principal responsible for Partnerships and Progression, including diary management, oversight of email inbox and providing general administration.
In this role, you will also have responsibility for the oversight and maintenance of key College resources and be required to help with the delivery of major College events such as Open Days.

This position is a full-time, ‘through year’ post which means you will be working during the College holidays. You will need to hold a full driving licence and be willing and able to work outside of normal College hours to support the events.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Manage the diary and email inbox of the Assistant Principal.
Oversee and maintain key College resources.
Assist in the delivery of major College events.
Qualifications
Experience of working within an administrative office.
Proficiency in various IT packages including Google and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive ‘can do’ approach.
What We Offer
Support Staff Grade 3 (£25,159 - £29,425 FTE).
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, full-year.
