About the Role
This role includes teaching Computer Science across Key Stage 3, Cambridge IGCSE, and AS/A Level, with the opportunity to contribute to the development of cross-disciplinary pathways, including links with Business and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching in Computer Science across KS3–KS5
Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Computer Science assessments
Develop engaging lessons covering programming, computational thinking, and digital systems
Support students in applying computing skills to real-world and interdisciplinary contexts
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities (e.g., coding clubs, competitions)
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and innovative learning environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE with QTS or equivalent)
At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international school setting
Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level Computer Science
Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
Core Responsibilities

- Assess student progress rigorously and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Candidate Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
- Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
