About This Role

Leigh Stationers' Academy is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Coordinator of Learning - History to provide strategic and operational leadership across all Key Stages.

You will be the key advisor to the SLT on curriculum development, responsible for designing and implementing rigorous schemes of work and assessments. A critical duty is raising teaching quality by conducting lesson observations, work scrutiny, and moderation, and using data analysis of student progress to refine teaching and learning strategies.

This role requires dynamic day-to-day management of course provision, effective staff and resource deployment, and full responsibility for examination entries. You must actively support staff development needs, keeping the department current with pedagogical advancements. Ultimately, you are accountable for the department's results and driving increased student attainment and achievement.

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
