Location: Hampton Bridge School, Northampton

Salary: UPS - L4 dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent, Term Time

We are looking to recruit a Curriculum Coordinator who has a passion for supporting pupils with SEMH and ASC needs.

Hampton Bridge School is a specialist school for students aged 6 – 19, set on the edge of Northampton city centre. Our creative, individualised approach to learning is centred around well-being and skills for independence. From the time our students arrive, we start thinking about where students will be moving to after they leave us to ensure they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed.

The Role

The Curriculum Coordinator will work with the Senior Leadership Team to determine and quality assure the strategic development of all aspects of curriculum delivery, including the development and quality assurance of the initial assessment and baselining of potential students. They will also develop and quality assure individualised programmes of delivery for new students.

The successful candidate will be supported by an induction programme that will include working with senior leaders and schools across our group throughout the summer term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team on curriculum delivery.
  • Quality assure initial assessments and baselining of potential students.
  • Develop individualised programmes for new students.

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
