We’re looking for an experienced and passionate teacher, with leadership experience, to join us as Curriculum Coordinator of our new Oak Bridge School, opening to students in September 2026.

Part of the Spaghetti Bridge Group, Oak Bridge will support students who experience barriers to learning through our unique three-stage curriculum, designed to develop 21st century skills and a lifelong love of learning. Our schools provide creative, relational environments where every child is supported to overcome barriers and achieve meaningful success.

About the role

Our Curriculum Coordinators play a key role in delivering our Enterprise Learning curriculum and supporting our teaching team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team in the opening and ongoing development of the school, helping to build a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.

  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and quality assure the strategic development of curriculum delivery.

  • Leading the initial assessment and baselining process for prospective students and supporting the development of individualised learning programmes.

  • Supporting the day-to-day operational running of the school, including: ensuring student documentation is accurate and up to date, supporting off-site visits and transition days, facilitating the admissions process, debriefing staff and covering staff absence in base rooms.

  • Line managing a team of teachers, supporting their development and performance.

  • Leading the student review process and coordinating the wider team around each student to ensure effective support throughout their journey.

Who we're looking for

Applicants must be experienced teachers with a passion for alternative education and curriculum innovation.

You will bring:

  • Experience working in a SEND or SEMH/ASC setting.

  • Successful leadership and management experience within a school or relevant organisation, including designing schemes of work and line managing staff.

  • A strong understanding of evidence-based practice and interventions that improve outcomes for young people.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate a clear vision and inspire others.

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
