Job Description

As Deputy Headteacher responsible for Teaching, Learning and Attainment, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students at Key Stage 3 & 4. You will work closely with staff to develop effective teaching strategies, monitor student progress, and promote high standards of learning throughout the school.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong commitment to improving teaching quality and student outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and students
  • Ability to analyse data related to student attainment effectively
  • Effective leadership skills that align with the needs and ethos of the community
  • Understanding of curriculum design at Key Stage 3 that impact outcomes at Key Stage 4
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and evidence of continued professional development
