We are looking for a Deputy Head of Science/Lead Practitioner to support the Director of Science in leading our established Science department and shaping its strategic direction across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner with strong subject knowledge and a clear vision for delivering high-quality Science education. You will be:

Able to bring new ideas, accessible and able to lead by example
Able to be inspirational and motivational with both students and staff
Visionary and can see the possibilities of developing and delivering innovation through your work
