We are deeply committed to working in partnership and currently work closely with a local primary school, supporting the leadership and sharing best practice across both schools.

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Science/Lead Practitioner to support the Director of Science in leading our established Science department and shaping its strategic direction across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner with strong subject knowledge and a clear vision for delivering high-quality Science education. You will be:

  • Passionate about students’ learning and keen to see all students aspire to succeed

  • Able to bring new ideas, accessible and able to lead by example

  • Able to be inspirational and motivational with both students and staff

  • Visionary and can see the possibilities of developing and delivering innovation through your work
