Deputy Head of Senior School
We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Deputy Head of Senior School to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle leader, such as a Head of Department or Assistant Head, or an existing Deputy Head looking to further develop their impact within a dynamic school environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping academic provision across the Senior School, with particular responsibility for timetabling, curriculum design, and the effective use of assessment data to drive student progress. A strong understanding of how to build high-quality academic programmes is essential.
You will bring:
· Proven experience in timetabling and/or curriculum planning
· Confidence in analysing and using assessment data to inform improvement
· A clear vision for excellent teaching and learning
· Strong organisational and leadership skills
Experience with iGCSE and/or IBDP programmes would be a distinct advantage.

Candidate Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
- Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
