Deputy Head Teacher

Sunnyfields Primary is seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Deputy Head Teacher to support the school in its pursuit of excellence. We are looking for an exceptional upper KS2 teacher who exudes positivity, the ability to inspire colleagues and motivate children.

The successful candidate will have;

· Experience preparing children for success with their SATs

· High expectations for children and themselves

· Determination for our school to continue to succeed despite the increasing challenges

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with parents, staff and governors

· Experience of leadership

· A proven track record raising standards across the school

· An understanding how to promote positive self-esteem and well-being

The successful candidate will take a lead role and/or be responsible for:

· Curriculum and teaching

· Achievement of vulnerable children

· Behaviour

· Data tracking

· Positive relations with stakeholders
