Fulham Cross Academy Trust is the umbrella organisation which operates Fulham Cross Girls’ School and Fulham Cross Academy and Fulham Cross Sixth Form.
Fulham Cross Girls’ School is a good school with GCSE outcomes well above the national average in a number of measures; almost 40% of our grades in 2025 were the top grades 7-9.

The Role
For this full-time, permanent position available from September 2026, we are looking for an enthusiastic and well-qualified graduate to be a Teacher of Design & Technology to GCSE standard. At this point of the recruitment process we are open to the specialism of the teacher and would welcome applications from DT or Product Design specialists. The job will be teaching primarily at Fulham Cross Girls’ School with the possibility of teaching KS5 in our cross-trust sixth form.

- We are looking for a self-starter who is proactive and has a vision about excellent provision in their specialism and can innovate and drive the curriculum forwards.

The Practical Creative faculty is at an exciting stage in its development in light of the 2025 Curriculum Review and rapidly improving results. The team is vibrant, friendly and has always been committed to the championing of practical creative subjects even when the national picture has seen them reduced due to the EBACC agenda.
The successful candidate will be appointed to the Trust and will be expected to teach on any of our sites.
