From September 2026 (or earlier if available) we are seeking a creative, innovative, and dedicated Director of Faulty within our Science department to ensure achievement, inspire staff, and ignite a love of science in every student.
The successful candidate will play a key strategic role in shaping the future of science education at Sunbury Manor School, building on recent improvements and driving further development.
As Director of Faculty (Science) you will
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Science department.
Create a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Ensure outstanding teaching and learning across all key stages.
Use data effectively to drive progress and close gaps.
Champion enrichment opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom.
What We're Looking For
An enthusiastic and experienced Science Lead with a track record of strong leadership or clear potential to lead.
Deep subject knowledge and creativity for inspiring young people.
