Director of Music
Required for: September 2025
The Marist School seeks a motivated and innovative Director of Music to lead and develop this crucial area of our school. The successful candidate will join an established and thriving department that is popular with pupils across all year groups. They will be an inspirational teacher, capable of fostering a love of music in both our senior and prep phases. Music enjoys a high profile across both our senior and prep phases and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to implement an innovative and creative vision for Music throughout the school
Set in beautiful woodlands in the village of Sunninghill, near Ascot, The Marist School is a leading independent Catholic day school for girls aged 2 to 18. The Marist employs over 130 members of staff and we are proud to be a diverse community that fosters a family spirit across the school.

Candidate Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
- Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
