About This Role
Dipont Huayao Collegiate School Kunshan is seeking a Director of Student Success to join its diverse, enthusiastic and highly supportive community of teachers, working in a beautifully appointed and state of the art campus to join for an August 2026 start.
The Director of Student Success is a key strategic and operational leader responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) that elevates every student’s academic, social-emotional, and language-development outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in bilingual or international school settings—ideally within China—and excels at cross-functional communication, system design, and coaching teachers in a culturally diverse environment.
