About This Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Manager to lead the Domestic Team at Old Buckenham Hall, ensuring the highest standards of cleaning are met across the School.

 

The Role

We are seeking a confident leader who is able to communicate with key stakeholders across the School. The role will involve compliance with School policy on the use of cleaning chemicals, preparing and submitting budget estimates, liaising with existing and new suppliers, and co-ordinating waste management across the School, amongst other tasks. The role requires the management and motivation of a team, and the provision of support to constantly strive for excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Domestic Team to ensure high cleaning standards.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with cleaning chemical policies.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates.
  • Liaise with suppliers.
  • Coordinate waste management across the School.
  • Manage and motivate the team.

 

What We Offer

This post is for 38.75 hours per week, 40 working weeks per year.
