Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that meet the needs of early years learners.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and development.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support each child’s growth.
- Maintain classroom management that promotes respect, safety, and inclusivity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework or equivalent British curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage young children effectively.
- Ability to create stimulating lesson plans tailored for early childhood development stages.
