The Role

We are looking for an inspiring Early Years Teacher who is passionate about nurturing young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences. The ideal candidate understands early childhood development, creates joyful and purposeful learning environments, and builds strong relationships with children and families.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education

  • Early Years/ECE teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching in an Early Years setting

  • Strong knowledge of play-based and inquiry-led pedagogy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and international-mindedness
