The Role
Aldwickbury School is excited to be opening a Nursery in September 2026 and is proud to extend the same standard of academic excellence, holistic curriculum, and breadth of opportunity to children aged 3 to 4.
We are seeking to appoint a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated part-time Early Years Practitioner (Morning Sessions) with a genuine passion for working with young children to join our team.
This role is for morning sessions only, working 8.00am–12.30pm, Monday to Friday during term time, although full-time applications will also be considered.
Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, the post holder will contribute to creating a nurturing, stimulating, and well-structured environment that supports each child’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development, in line with the School’s ethos and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of children in a nurturing environment.
- Implement the EYFS framework effectively.
- Encourage children to explore and learn through play.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
- Experience working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
