Job Description:
As an Early Years Teacher at Tip Toes Schools, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment for children in their formative years. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of young learners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with early years children
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood pedagogy
- Ability to design age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster creativity and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Proficient classroom management techniques ensuring a safe learning environment
- Familiarity with assessment tools used in early childhood education
