The Role

We are looking for an expert in early childhood development to foster a love of learning through our Inquiry-Based curriculum. For a suitably experienced candidate, the position of Phase Leader for Early Years may also be available.

Professional Requirements & Attributes

·         Specialist certification in Early Years/Primary Education (QTS, PGCE, PGCEi, B.Ed) or an equivalent professional qualification from your home country.

·         A proven track record of teaching within the UK or an accredited British International School.

·         Proven ability to manage change and inspire staff to achieve excellence; relevant for those interested in the Phase Leader role.

·         An understanding of data tracking and GL Assessments is highly desirable.

·         A commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse international student body

·         The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with a proven ability to integrate diverse educational philosophies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Forest School principles.

·         Expert proficiency in delivering the Phonics programme is highly desirable.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
