Premier Preschool Johnsonville is a warm, community-focused early learning centre in the heart of Johnsonville, with great transport links and a welcoming atmosphere. We provide a space where 2-5 year olds can explore, create, and feel they truly belong.

We are looking for someone who:

✅ Holds ECE registration with the Teaching Council (Provisional or Full)
✅ Understands the developmental needs of 2–5-year-olds and knows how to support their social, emotional, and cognitive growth
✅ Can weave Te Whāriki into daily practice, allowing learning to happen through play, exploration, and interaction
✅ Is patient, creative, and genuinely loves spending time with children
✅ Enjoys working as part of a team – happy to share ideas and listen to others
✅ Has an understanding of bicultural practice and respects Te Tiriti o Waitangi
