We are dedicated to developing globally minded students who excel academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are seeking an Elementary School Student Affairs Coordinator to join our team as the Dean of Students. This role focuses on supporting the well-being, behavior management, and overall development of our elementary/primary school students within the framework of the IB PYP curriculum. The coordinator will work closely with teachers, parents, and administration to foster a positive school culture that promotes student growth and success.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in student affairs or related roles in an educational setting
  • Familiarity with IB PYP philosophy and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage student behavior effectively using restorative approaches aligned with school policies
  • Organizational skills for coordinating programs related to student welfare, attendance monitoring, counseling referrals, and extracurricular activities
  • Problem-solving abilities to address student concerns proactively
