We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Elementary School Vice Principal for the Academic Year 26/27. This Vice Principal position will play a key role in supporting the Principal in managing daily school operations, enhancing instructional practices, and promoting a positive school culture within our elementary/primary education stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with curriculum implementation aligned with U.S. standards
• Overseeing staff development
• Ensuring student welfare and discipline
• Engaging with parents and community members
• Contributing to strategic planning for continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in education leadership preferred
• Minimum of 5 years teaching or administrative experience in an elementary/primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the United States curriculum framework
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Competence in data-driven decision making to improve student outcomes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
