About This Role

Across Trust Academies

The Trust is seeking a skilled and proactive Estates Officer to help maintain safe, compliant and high‑quality learning environments. You will support the Senior Compliance & Operations Officer and take operational responsibility for estates delivery across all academies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory requirements and building management.

  • Manage maintenance programmes, contractors and site‑related contracts.

  • Lead procurement for estates projects and evaluate quotes.

  • Implement and maintain Trust‑wide estates and compliance systems.

  • Carry out routine estates, health & safety and security audits.

  • Liaise with external agencies, PFI partners and service providers.

  • Provide operational support when required, including site access and basic maintenance.

  • Uphold safeguarding, professional standards and Trust values.

About You

  • Experience in estates, facilities, compliance or operational support.

  • Strong organisational, communication and ICT skills.

  • Confident managing contractors and coordinating maintenance activities.

  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety and COSHH.

  • Professional, reliable and able to work across multiple sites.

  • IOSH/NEBOSH or estates‑related qualifications (desirable).

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
