Caister Academy is seeking a calm, reliable, and detail-focused individual to join our team of Exam Invigilators. You’ll be someone who understands the importance of fairness and integrity in education, and who takes pride in helping students perform at their best during exam season.
You’ll bring a patient and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Whether you’re guiding students to their seats, monitoring the exam room, or ensuring procedures are followed to the letter, you’ll be a reassuring presence who helps everything run smoothly.

About the Examination Department:
The Exams Department plays a vital role in ensuring that every assessment runs smoothly and professionally. Our experienced team of invigilators and administrative staff work with great care to maintain the highest standards of fairness and academic integrity. We plan and organise exam schedules with precision, provide clear guidance, and offer consistent support to both students and staff throughout the exam season. Above all, we aim to create a calm, well‑structured environment where students feel confident and able to perform at their best.
