Examinations Access Arrangements Lead
About This Role
The Sherborne Schools Group (SSG) is seeking a committed Examinations Access Arrangements Lead to provide support for pupils in the senior schools (Year 7 to 13). The primary focus of the role is at an operational level across both Sherborne Girls and Sherborne Boys and will involve working closely with colleagues to ensure that all appropriate exam access arrangements for public and internal examination are in place. In addition, the role will involve ensuring that the Sherborne Group Schools’ record-keeping and practice is fully compliant with examination board and JCQ regulations. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct exam access arrangement assessments.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play an important part in supporting individual pupils at both senior schools during a time when SSG is developing its future vision. There is considerable scope for this role to develop over time and would suit an ambitious individual.
We have an exciting opportunity for the Examination Access Arrangements Lead to start ideally as soon as possible, if not 01 September 2026 and will be reporting into the SSG -Group SENDCO.
