We are currently seeking an experienced Examinations Officer and Data Manager to join our team. This key role involves managing all aspects of the examination process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate data records to support student achievement and school operations.

Position: Examinations Officer and Data Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the administration of internal and external examinations.
- Manage exam timetables, venues, invigilation schedules, and candidate entries.
- Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance data.
- Generate reports for academic staff, leadership teams, and external bodies as required.
- Liaise with examination boards regarding registrations, results processing, appeals, or special considerations.
- Support data management systems related to assessments across the school.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (minimum requirement).
- At least 4 years’ experience in examinations administration or related roles within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing complex processes.
- Proficiency in using data management software; familiarity with exam board platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising effectively with students, staff members, parents, and external organizations.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
