About This Role
We have an excellent opportunity for highly organised, committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our current team of Exam Invigilators.
Experience of exam invigilating is desirable, however full training will be provided. Employment will be on a casual basis, but you will need to have flexibility throughout the exam periods from 08.00am – 4.00pm.
The post holder will support the Lead Invigilator/Examinations Team with the day-to-day operation of examination venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Invigilator in managing examination venues.
- Ensure that examinations are conducted in accordance with the established regulations.
- Assist in the distribution and collection of examination materials.
- Monitor students during examinations to ensure a fair testing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in exam invigilating is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly during exam periods.
