We are seeking an inspiring, nurturing and reflective Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our growing Aster community. Our EYFS programme is built around purposeful play, rich continuous provision and strong early language and phonics development. We believe young children learn best in carefully designed environments where curiosity is encouraged, independence is nurtured and every child feels safe, known and valued.
We are looking for someone who understands how thoughtful adult interaction, well-planned learning spaces and a balance of child-initiated and guided learning help children develop confidence, creativity and the early foundations for academic success.
We would love to hear from teachers who:
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development and safeguarding
Are confident in delivering high-quality phonics and early language development
Value purposeful play and know how to use continuous provision to support deep learning across the areas of development
Create joyful, enquiry-led and hands-on learning experiences
Bring warmth, positivity and high expectations to their classroom
Are excited to contribute to a young, ambitious and values-driven school community
